. PROJECT PROCESS .

You can contact me by email or book a call to discuss your project, your needs, and the challenges related to your interior.

To best prepare our collaboration, I invite you to complete a short strategic questionnaire. This will help me understand your expectations, your lifestyle, and your vision for your future interior.

After that, I will send you a personalized commercial proposal, including a free, no-obligation quote.

I work remotely based on scaled floor plans and photos of your interior. Presentation meetings can be held online via Google Meet or Whatsapp.

Once the design phase has been approved, adjustements can of couse still be made before moving on to the final stage. At this point, the project must be complete and precise.

 

This phase allows the project to be finalized with photorealistic 3D renderings for the offer "3D Modeling & Rendering" and technical drawings, 3D views, as well as a shopping list for the offer "Interior Design & Decoration".

After approval of the quote and payment of the deposit, the project is officially launched. Then I prepare your project brief based on our initial consultation.

We begin with the Preliminary Design phase, which is the first stage of the project and presents the different layout options. (2D plans, sketches, or basic 3D views)

At each stage of progress, I will present proposals tailored to your expectations.

I will provide you with a complete and detailed project dossier summarizing the entire design process: floor plans, sketches, moodboards, 3D visuals, and all the elements required for implementation.

This will allow you to carry out your project independently, either with your own contractors or on your own.

Do you propose your services to professionnals?

Yes, I also offer my services to real estate agencies, as well as small businesses such as cafés and brunch spots, concept stores, or pop-up spaces. I help create welcoming, warm, and cohesive environments that reflect each brand's identity, enhancing the customer experience and the visibility of the space.

How does a remote design service work ?

I offer a simple and seamless process.

- We connect by phone and email to define your needs.

- You send me your floor plans with measurements, as well as photos and/or videos of your interior.

- I provide you with a complete and detailed design package, including:
2D layout plans, mood boards and material selections, photorealistic 3D renderings, sections/elevations, a shopping list, and technical drawings (depending on the selected service).

- We review everything together and make adjustments if needed.

Why don’t you provide on-site project management?

I am not a project manager, therefore I do not oversee the construction phase of the project. However, I can put you in touch with trusted contractors (Bordeaux area only).

The design package includes detailed technical drawings for the contractors.

You are free to work with them or to choose your own service providers.

As an interior designer, my focus is on design, space planning, aesthetics, and material selection.

Is remote design reliable and accurate ?

Yes, absolutely.

Using your scaled floor plans or measurements, along with photos, I create photorealistic and practical 3D renderings that you or your contractors can confidently rely on. Regular check-ins via video calls and email allow us to refine every detail and ensure the final result meets your expectations.

I remain available throughout the project to answer any questions.

Distance does not compromise a rigorous and thorough design process.

Do you work only in Bordeaux ?

No, the studio is based in Bordeaux, but I  work everywhere :

- In Nouvelle-Aquitaine

- Throughout France

- And fully remotely, worldwide, thanks to digital design tools and a structured remote support process for distance projects, including:
2D layout plans, online consultations, 3D modeling, and virtual walkthroughs of the space, depending on your needs.

What if I’m not satisfied with the first proposal?

No worries, revisions are included in every service.

We validate each stage together before moving on to the next one.

We review what needs to be adjusted to ensure the project fully reflects your expectations.
